As it happens with all the most fascinating adventures, that of The Yard begins by lucky coincidence. Looking for a place where to live with its family, its owner instead found a vocation. Mixing the enthusiasm for a new challenge with the experience achieved during his many travels around the world, he built a small and comfortable guest house out of thin air. Spontaneously, this initial project became something more, and in a few years The Yard turned into a prestigious boutique hotel.Trunks and hat boxes recounting past arrivals and departures. Sports trophies testifying to burning passions. Old, everyday objects gently turned into vintage furniture. As one crosses the doorstep of The Yard, a welcoming and stylish boutique hotel in the heart of Milan, he will find himself wrapped in a warm, out-of-time atmosphere, where every corner represents a surprise and every object has a story on its own. Impressed by the uniqueness and the attention to the details that distinguish its suites and its location, the travelling gentlemen from all over the world may entrust to the spontaneous cares of the staff.

Next to the Naviglio Grande Canal, Aethos Milan is in Milan's most popular nightlife district. It offers suites and apartments with free Wi-Fi and Nespresso coffee machines.

Each suite or apartment at Aethos Milan has a unique design based on a sports theme. They all feature free Wi-Fi access and an LCD TV with satellite. There is a morning cleaning service and afternoon turn-down service.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant every morning. We offer a wonderful package with savoury and/or sweet dishes accompanied by hot beverages and juice, otherwise, you have the option to order from our menu.

Porta Genova and its many bars is just 5 minutes' walk away. A limousine service is available on request, but there are many tram stops and Milan's Metro Line 2 nearby.
